Patent Pending — USPTO Provisional 64/028,674. Filed February 9, 2026.
Here's what it actually protects, without the lawyer language:
We figured out how to take a regular business — your brand, your services, your photos, your service area, the people you serve — and turn it into a verified entity that AI search engines can read with confidence. Not just a page they crawl. An entity.
Three pieces of that are pretty unusual.
First — cultural representation. Most AI-generated business imagery uses generic stock-style people. We let you set your actual customer demographics, and the generated imagery matches. There's no public patent on doing that as an authenticity signal. We filed one.
Second — location as a polygon. Most local SEO uses a circle around your address. We use a real neighborhood shape (KMZ polygon), because that's how a neighborhood actually works. AI engines that understand location entities read polygons better than circles.
Third — building only on platforms Google itself trusts. Docs, Sheets, Sites, Drive, Calendar, Blogger. Google indexes its own properties in minutes and treats them as authoritative because they live on google.com subdomains. Most SEO tools build off-platform and hope Google notices. We work inside the platforms Google already trusts.
What this means for you: this isn't a thing some other tool can copy next month. The specific method we use is protected.
